Please Note:
Filling out this form gives permission for your details to be stored by Kimberley Vowles and details will be used for purposes of the workshop and future emails regarding KV Stage workshops.
You will receive an email the week before the start of the workshop with regards to what the children will need to bring along and any further details.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Cost: £100 per child Deposit: £50 per child (Final instalmanet £50) Sibling Deposit: £100 (final instalment £90)
Please Note: Sibling discount of £10 off for the second child is available.
If you wish to pay in one full instalment, you may do so.
